Motorcycle Garage offers shipping in the USA only. Our parts are in stock and ready to ship, most of our customer orders are shipped within 1-2 working days, if your order cannot be shipped within this time we will let you know at the time of your order. We ship thru FedEx, UPS, or USPS with next day or second day shipping available. Shipping and delivery information is available when you place your order and we can help decide which option is best for you. We will also supply you with tracking information if requested.
All warranties are handled by the manufacturers directly. Customers are responsible for return shipping for all warranty products. ThunderMax warranty issues are handled directly thru ThunderMax in Nashville, TN as this is their policy. ThunderMax will repair or replace the unit at their discretion. Customers will be responsible for shipping charges on warranty parts.
All tuning components and exhaust systems sold by Motorcycle Garage are intended for off-road use only and are not emissions compliant or legal for street use.
All returns are subject to 20% restocking fee. There are no returns accepted more the 30 days after purchase date. To return a part you must first call and you will receive a return authorization number. There are no returns on special orders, installed, or electrical & tuning components. If you have spoken to a Motorcycle Garage representative and have a Return Authorization number for your return, please print and fill out the following form: Motorcycle Garage Return Form.
Head/Cylinder Core Returns
If you have purchased a Motorcycle Garage big bore kit, head and cylinder cores are accepted for 30 days from the purchase date. If you are returning your cylinders for a core refund please print and fill out the following form, Motorcycle Garage Return Form.
Only cylinder heads that are in good condition and have “like new” appearance, may be exchanged. Heads with non-OEM compression release machining, superficial damage, peeling or discolored paint, or other cosmetic alterations are not acceptable for exchange, but may be reworked. Rework will take slightly longer than exchange service. Customer will be contacted to review options if heads do not pass inspection.
